Do we still have it and what condition is it in? Give us a call or contact us by email and we'll verify our inventory and describe the condition of our equipment. We're known for our honesty - if it's a piece of junk we'll tell you, and if it's in like-new condition we'll be happy to tell you that too. If you're patient we'll even send pictures via email. Pictures often take a few days; if you could see our store and warehouse you'd understand why!
Is there a warranty or guarantee? Can I return my purchase and get a refund? It depends on the item. There are some items that we're certain they work perfectly because we invested time and materials in servicing them and will be happy to offer a 30-day guarantee. There are other items that are sold absolutely "as is" and some that fall somewhere in between. Therefore, warranties and guarantees vary from none to 30 days from the date of purchase depending on the item. DO NOT ASSUME ANYTHING - ASK WHAT TYPE OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE APPLIES BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR PURCHASE. Shipping charges are never refunded.
How are orders shipped?: All orders shipped within the US will be shipped via UPS ground unless quicker UPS options are discussed. If item exceeds UPS maximum weight/dimensions we will ship via freight (truck). Additional crating or skidding charges may apply. All international orders are shipped via USPS Insured Air Parcel Post.
Who pays for shipping and what will it cost? Buyer pays shipping/handling. Cost is based on buyer's shipping address and the weight/dimensions of the package. We'll be happy to quote shipping/handling prior to your purchase. Shipments made to locations within Pennsylvania will be charged 6% sales tax.
How Can I Pay?: All payments must be made in US dollars. For the quickest transaction, use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. We can process your credit card direct through our store or you can pay online at www.paypal.com. Ask for our user name if you choose to use paypal. We also accept company checks, personal checks and money orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover over the phone as well as online payments via Paypal. Checks or money orders are also accepted; however, items paid for by check will be held until the check clears the bank. (A couple of thugs and thieves taught us this policy. It helps us stay in business so we can continue to serve the 98% of our customers who are good, honest people.)
When are orders shipped?: Orders paid by credit card are normally shipped same or next business day. Money orders are treated like cash - we'll ship your order the same or next business day after we receive your payment. Orders paid by company or personal check will be held until the check clears our bank - unfortunately we've been burned a few times.
